KIDS CLASSES
We offer tailored classes designed specifically for homeschool students, with small group sizes (no more than 10 kids per class) to ensure individualized attention and support. Our programs focus on teaching the importance of a strong core—helping kids understand how core strength impacts their overall health and performance. Through engaging exercises and resistance band training, we help them build strength, improve balance, and boost coordination, all while making fitness fun!

ATHLETES CLASSES
We understand that after-school athletes need a program that fits into their busy schedules. Our after-school classes focus on building core strength to improve athletic performance, balance, and coordination. Each 40-minute class is designed to help athletes of all levels enhance their skills through resistance band training and other fun, targeted exercises.

ADULTS CLASSES
At JWA Athletes, we believe in making fitness accessible and effective for everyone. That’s why we’re offering early morning classes for adults who want to prioritize their health before the day gets busy. With small class sizes (no more than 6 participants), you’ll receive personalized instruction to improve your core strength and overall fitness. Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey or take your training to the next level, our early morning classes offer a supportive and motivating environment.
